All Strata’s Principal: Charles Handmer

Charles Handmer has over 15 years of strata involvement plus long term property and construction experience. He is a Class 1 licensed strata manager so has an in-depth understanding of strata building issues, backed up by excellent knowledge of the Strata Act, strata law and legal compliance.

Charles founded Sydney Strata Managers, a boutique strata management business that pioneered new fee structures and agreements to provide exceptional service levels and value for money in the strata space. To build on his strata management of buildings spread from Vaucluse to Villawood, Charles established the Strata Building Manager business, offering a wider range of services to strata buildings – with a strong focus on getting things done to a professional standard in a cost-effective manner..

Specific projects managed have included working with local councils and contractors to fulfil numerous fire and safety compliance requirements, large-scale window repair and replacement, high-rise building repainting, rebuilding of historic stone walls, lift refurbishment and/or installation of new lifts, provision of Health & Safety Reports, implementation of Covid-19 safety requirements, and much more.
